In the lead-up to Tuesday's big premiere, NBC promised fans that this season will feature "some of the wildest acts" to ever be featured on the long-running show, as well as fan-favorite acts like comedians, magicians and dance groups. Season 19 will also feature the youngest AGT act ever. Will tonight be the night that fans get to see the youngest performer ever give it their best shot on the America's Got Talent stage?

Follow along with ET throughout the season 19 premiere as we break down all the most memorable and monumental moments of the night! The fun kicks off at 8 p. Richard Goodall is a quiet, nervous and unassuming man from Terre Haute, Indiana. He's 55, a father and works as a janitor, but always had dreams of singing that he never felt comfortable pursuing.

When he takes the stage, he's got a palpable anxiety, but a determination to push through, and when asked what he'll be singing and why, he says that the song will speak for itself. The song turns out to be "Don't Stop Believing. The song is a karaoke standard for a reason -- it's almost impossible to listen to and not root for whoever is singing.

It's impossible to not root for life itself and all of its magic. That feeling of magic and wonder is exactly what Richard brings to the stage, and he's met with a resounding cheer from the entire theater, bringing him to tears. This was an amazing surprise. I think you were perfect to come to AGT because you made our night. Heidi was so moved by Richard, in fact, that she used her first Golden Buzzer to make his dreams come true.

When Tonikaku -- the Japanese body performer and comic -- took the stage, Simon was already familiar with him, as he performed on Britain's Got Talent and did well. It's hard to exactly explain the nearly naked Tonikaku's act, but it involves pantomime, flexibility, charisma, and wearing the tiniest speedo you could ever imagine a man of his size wearing.

The routine is strangely hypnotic and funny and genuinely impressive, and earned four baffled yes votes. Meaning we'll see more of Tonikaku or less, as he joked in the weeks to come.

Chris Ivan's whole act involved him trying to set a world record by throwing plungers at shirtless men's backs and trying to get them to stick. Then, he does so badly at throwing them, all four judges slam their X-buzzers. It's increasingly rare to get all four judges to hate the same thing, but Chris Ivan managed the feat. The young artist is a dancer and a big dreamer -- but she wants to stand out from the crowd, so she opts to explore the possibilities offered by horror and terror.

After changing into her true outfit -- a zombie girl with white eyes -- she wows the judges with a twisting, turning, mind-blowing act that left everyone stunned. She earns her four yes votes and tells Terry, "I want to give you a shock again in the next audition! While Reyna Roberts is actually a somewhat established artist with numerous appearances performing on Monday Night Football , it's still scary for any artist to put themselves out there in front of an audience like AGT.

Reyna is a country songstress who is based in Nashville and has an amazing, twangy voice, which is showcased in her country pop original tune "Raised Right. The tune earns a standing ovation and thumbs up from Simon, who praises her talent and her ambition. Howie says the original song didn't really connect with him, but that music is subjective.

Heidi, however, likes her song, her voice and her look, and Sofia agrees. Simon says he's beyond thrilled she came on the show and happily gives her the first yes vote. Howie votes no for some inexplicable reason, but Sofia and Heidi make up for it, sending Reyna on to the next round. Ashlee came on AGT because she felt that there wasn't enough ballet being represented on the show.
